Growing Instructions

Direct-sow Beit Alpha Cucumber seeds outdoors after the danger of frost has passed and the soil temperature is at least 70°F. Plant seeds 1 inch deep and 12 inches apart in rows spaced 3–4 feet apart. Thin seedlings to one plant every 12-18 inches to allow for good airflow. Trellising the vines encourages straight fruit development and reduces disease. Maintain consistent moisture without waterlogging, and mulch to keep soil temperatures stable. Harvest when fruits reach 5–7 inches long for optimal sweetness and texture. Continuous harvesting promotes higher yields.
